"You really can be happy if you try. Instead of waking up everyday hating the world, go outside, enjoy mother nature. Take a walk, go on a run, sit at the beach, watch the sunset, or just lay in the grass. Sitting at home everyday in your room isn’t going to make you any better. Take out the friends or people in your life who make you sad, mad, or angry. I know it will be tough at first, but it will be worth it. Exercise more, it will make you feel and look better. You’ll feel more confident and you’ll be more happy. Eat fruits instead of junk food. Do one good random deed everyday. Not only will it make you a better person, but it will make you feel better. Be optimistic. If you wake up everyday not trying to be happy, you wont get any better. Don’t ever rely on anyone to make you happy. Only you know yourself best. So the only person that can do that is, yourself. Be happy, take life day by day. Life’s a gift. Make it count. The joy of life comes from within."
